About Safe Path Therapy

At Safe Path Therapy, we believe healing begins with safety. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, our goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward at your own pace. We offer a calm, supportive space where your experiences are met with care and clinical expertise.

Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. We tailor therapy to your unique needs and draw from a range of therapeutic tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected in your daily life.

Meet Menachem

I'm Menachem Ziegler, founder of Safe Path Therapy. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York. I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward—whether due to trauma, anxiety, or challenges in everyday functioning.

My background bridges both behavioral health and psychotherapy. I’ve worked in clinical settings, schools, and private practice, helping children, adolescents, and adults build resilience and emotional flexibility.

My therapeutic style is structured yet compassionate. I believe in going at the pace that feels right for you while helping you explore meaningful change. I incorporate a range of modalities—including IFS, EMDR, CBT, and DBT—to meet clients where they are and help them build lasting tools for healing.
