• You can start by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you in, and see if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule your first session and begin at your pace

  • I primarily offer telehealth sessions. However, I do have limited availability for in-person appointments on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if this is something you’re considering.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Longer EMDR or parts work sessions may be available upon request.

  • I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other trauma-informed approaches. These modalities help access deeper emotional patterns, build self-understanding, and support healing at the root.

  • I do not accept insurance in my private practice, but I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots ($40–$70 per session) for those with financial need. I also see clients at a local clinic that may accept insurance—feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore that option.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
